Hours

We see patients by appointment Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm at our Smithtown location. Our scheduling staff is available during these hours and our Mattituck appointments are also scheduled at our Smithtown office. 

Appointments

If you are unable to keep your appointment or are going to be late, kindly call the office at 631-864-6647 as soon as possible even after hours. The telephone is answered by our staff or a message can be left and our staff will call you back. This courtesy allows us to be of service to other patients. 

Financial Policy

If you do not see your insurance company listed below, please contact our office and speak to our Billing Manager. We do not want to let financial problems prevent you from getting necessary medical care and we will do all we can to work out an equitable payment plan. Co-pays are expected at the office visits dictated by your insurance company and we accept check, Visa and Mastercard for your convenience.

We have trained personnel and a well equipped office with state-of-the art medical equipment to provide the highest standards of treatment in a pleasant, efficient and friendly atmosphere.
